From one CAD enthusiast to another

For you who are a CAD enthusiast and/or a hobbyist creating models for 3D-printing, Solid Edge Community Edition can be a perfect choice. The edition is intended for personal use only but includes automated drafting, exploded view creation, animation, advanced rendering, and simulation.

The edition has limitations regarding 2D-drawings (will be watermarked) and are not compatible with the other editions of Solid Edge. But with no other restriction, you can easily build assemblies and export the model to STL format.

Do not hesitate to try the 2 modes to create parts – ordered or synchronous mode.
